Thomas Rodriguez is a local content specialist with experience working for IOC (International Oil&Gas Corporation) and IMC (International Mining Corporation) as a local content developer and manager in Republique of Congo, Uganda, Tanzania, Mozambique and West Africa. He is the director of CLC Solution (Center for Local Content Solution), a local content advisory and Research & Development company operating in East, Central and Austral Africa. As well he is the co-funder and Vice-Chairman of ACLM (Association for Mozambican Local Content), an association which support inclusiveness and reactiveness of Mozambique business ecosystem through collaborative support and promotion of innovation for local content practices.
