S'rgio Ferreira is the Senior Energy Advisor for Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP). A Norwegian entity partially founded by the National Budget of the Norwegian Government and its over 300 partners. The entity comprises more than 300 Norwegian companies. The purpose of the NORWEO is to support governmental and private entities to build capabilities in the oil and gas /energy sector. Prior to that S'rgio worked as Local Content Manager for one of the largest operators in Angola (Chevron) managing to build a portfolio of around 3 MM dollars in services and products for local owned entities in a five-year period. The work comprised to craft and implement strategies that allowed local entities to build the required operational, technical, and financial capabilities to operate in the industry. He also is the owner and CEO of two companies providing services in the oil and gas industry resulting in the creation of more than 300 direct job for local people. S'rgio Ferreira has a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School (University of Navarra) and a master's degree in Business, Economics, Culture and Languages from Copenhagen Business School.
