With more than 23 years in managerial roles, he has successfully spearheaded high-impact projects across the globe, including FPSO and TLP projects in:
Angola, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, and Nigeria.
Currently, he also leads the Floating Offshore Wind Business Unit at MODEC, Oise focuses on advancing sustainable energy solutions.
He holds an honours degree in Business Administration from Clarion University and an Executive degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
His career is marked by extensive international experience, providing critical enterprise solutions, shaping policy frameworks, and driving project origination across Africa, Europe, and South America.
Oise is also a fervent advocate for gender equality and racial diversity, actively contributing to collaborations focused on clean and green energy transitions.
As the Director of Business Development at MODEC, he intends to positively shape the future of the energy sector.
