Uzo has over a decade of experience working in the oil and gas industry, involving commercial and operational activities. He has been pivotal to Halliburton's business strategy with some of the biggest accounts in Nigeria, including National Oil Companies and some of the world’s largest operators with presence in country.

Uzo led cross-functional negotiations and contract value acceleration efforts that delivered enhanced asset performance to customers. In addition to this, he managed regulatory compliance frameworks that are critical to business operations in strongly regulated industries.

Uzo holds a B. Tech degree in Geology from the Federal University of Owerri, Nigeria and a Certificate in Business Accounting of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
