Ms. Mulemi has been head of the Trust Fund since 2002. She holds an MSc. in Finance obtained from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland as well as Bachelor’s Degrees Law, and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting obtained from the University of Namibia. She further holds a National Diploma in Cost Counting obtained from the National University of Science and Technology. She is currently registered in the Senior Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
