Dr. Jacobs (Mbango) Sihela is a lecturer and research coordinator at the International University of Management's Graduate School of Business (IUM-GSB). His research interests include Organisational Leadership, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Sustainability,
Business Ethics, and Human Resources Management, through critical and African-centered perspectives. He has authored peer-reviewed book chapters and has journal articles underreview on topics such as race and racism in organizations, precarious work, DEI, Artificial
Intelligence, and Ubuntu Ethics. He holds a PhD in Business Management from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and is a member of The Golden Key International Honour Society and the Humanistic Management Network. Outside academia, Dr. Sihela has a deep appreciation for arts and culture, African history, and he is passionate about social change and equality.
