Hellen Amupolo is a Development Finance Specialist with 15 years' experience in deal origination & structuring, portfolio management, client relationship management & stakeholder engagements. Hellen has key sectoral exposure predominantly in infrastructure based projects, having appraised transactions in the following sectors energy, housing and land delivery, commercial property, construction, tourism, manufacturing and business services. Hellen has a Masters in Development Finance obtained from the University of Stellenbosch, an MBA (Finance) and Bachelor of Economics both from the University of Namibia. She also has exposure to a number of structured and investment banking courses. She is currently enrolled for an Executive Development Program with the Business School of the University of Stellenbosch. Hellen is a Board of Director of the Roads Authority, Member of the Review Panel for Public Procurement and is a Chairperson of the Investment Committee of Momentum Metropolitan Namibia.
