Graham Hopwood is the Executive Director of the Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) based in Windhoek, Namibia. The IPPR is an independent non-profit non-governmental organisation that delivers analytical and critical research on social, political and economic issues. Hopwood's recent research work has focussed on governance policies, the effectiveness of anti-corruption laws, extractive industry transparency, and the investment climate. He is also the Chairperson of the Civil Society Information Centre and a board member of The Namibian newspaper.
