Fabian has over 16 years of mining industry experience having worked at four of Namibia's large operations, namely: R'ssing Uranium, Debmarine Namibia, Skorpion Zinc and Namdeb, in various technical and managerial roles. Specifically, the bulk of his career has been spend working as a marine Production Geologist (and later Production Geology Manager) with Debmarine Namibia, mining marine diamonds off the Namibian coast. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Geophysics (University of Leeds), an MBA (University of Stellenbosch) and is a registered professional geologist (SACNASP). He is also an executive committee member of the Namibia Green Hydrogen Association (NAMGHA). As RMB's Sector Lead for Transition and Future Energies, Fabian's been actively involved in work that speaks to the growth of a booming and developing industry.
