Cons Karamata is a strategic leader managing a diverse range of stakeholders, including policymakers, corporations, funders, and the EAN board. As the Chief Executive Officer of the EAN, he provides strategic leadership for the association, managing its projects, including research projects, seminars, and conferences, while spearheading the fundraising role of the association. He has many years of experience in research and public policy analysis. Before joining the EAN Cons was the research and development manager at the Social Security Commission, where he spearheaded research aimed at developing new social security services and products. In this role, Cons served as the Technical Coordinator of the African Development Bank Grant for the establishment of a National Health Insurance in Namibia.
