As 2025 draws to a close and we look ahead to NOGC 2026, the momentum behind Namibia’s oil and gas sector continues to build
First launched in 2023 in response to growing calls from civil society for greater transparency and access to the energy sector, the Namibia Oil and Gas Conference has quickly established itself as the leading platform for dialogue, collaboration, and capacity-building. From the outset, NOGC has been committed to local content, meaningful participation and creating opportunities for Namibians to grow with the industry.
Following a landmark 2024 edition that welcomed over 1,000 delegates and key global players, NOGC 2025 returned in August this year with an expanded agenda, deeper dialogue and a sharper focus on positioning Namibia as the next frontier in oil, gas and energy.
Hosted by the Economic Association of Namibia (EAN), in partnership with the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) and the Hanns Seidel Foundation (HSF), with the strategic partnership of the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR) the conference will feature:
